Slowly getting there. Been fat my whole life. Still see a fat person in the mirror.

288.. I was almost there (280) I know how much better you must feel everyday. Just remember being high 200's and how hard it was to do anything, (trim toe nails, walk, lift things, move around, get up and down, in and out of bed) it's not that way for us anymore!

Thanks guys.

I got a bit to go. School starts August 22nd, so I got 6 weeks to trim down some more for the ladies.

Ordered some ETS, so hopefully that helps. The new leg routine is killing my legs and making cardio hard to do when I can't walk for 3-4 days after squating. Now I just need to start deadlifting, as I've never done that. Too affraid. I need someone to show me how to do it so I don't kill myself.

As for working on my back, I'm getting there. Just did back this morning. Did some new back stuff. Forever I've just been doing seated rows and lat pull downs. Did barbell rows and assisted chin ups today. I definately feel it. I can't wait till I can do chip ups without the assistance from the pansy machine.

Someone come show me how to do a dead. Anyone in Phoenix area that I can meet up with sometime?

For the first time today someone came up and helped me lift. Some old man noticed while curling I was lifting my ass up and straining. He showed me a new grip and how to properly adjust the seat and brace myself. He spotted me and now my biceps/forearms are freaking feeling GOOD.

I need a workout partner is what I'm quickly learning. The three times I've actually gone with someone have been the best workouts ever.

to the original poster: you're not fat, but if you wanted to keep leaning up, depending on how lean you wanted to be, you could lose about 10-15 more lbs.

Deads are vital, if you don't do those there's really no point to lifting weights.

This week has been hell for some reason. Maybe 7 weeks of hard cutting is just getting to me. Going to up the cals a bit because my energy went to ****, sleep went to ****, light headed.

Thanks for the support. I want to get the BF% down a bit more then start a clean bulk once I get to where I want to be.

damn, nice job on losing the weight
you did it a lot better than me, when i was in 9th grade i went from 150lbs to 95lbs = no muscle at all, even though i had a small frame to start, it's sad when i weighed less than most girls :\
don't worry, you're not fat, try and bulk up now (you said you were trying to lose some more weight for the ladies, i think you should gain some, that'd make em more interested :D)
