View Full Version : So how does my diet look?

This is an average of how I have been eating for the past 2 months since I started working at my office.

7:30 - Meal 1
2 cups bran cereal
1 cup 1% milk
500mL protein shake with raspberries, blueberries and banana added

12:00 - Meal 2
1-2 turkey sandwichs on whole wheat with cheese and leaf lettuce
200 mL yougart
1 "fruit to go" which is a fruit bar type thing
half cup salted peanuts

5:00 - Meal 3 (snack after work)
another turkey sandwich OR ham and cheese quasidilia (sp?)
AND 200mL yougart

8:00 - Meal 4 (dinner)
chicken pasta with vegetables

I know its far from perfect but I've been able to stick to it very well and I think that is important. I'm not really trying to bulk and I train mostly in martial arts. I'm just trying to keep a healthy, balanced diet.

What do the macros break down to? At first glance, it looks too low in protein and fat.

And where in BC are you?

Built is right as usual, you diet does look very low in protein, turkey sandwhich and milk. you might want to eat some more cheeses, and meats.

yea take a protein shake or two maybe...but if its working? then stick with it

If your achieving the desired affect than keep to it. If you want to lose a couple pounds consider adjusting it.
