View Full Version : Breakfast sorted, need help on rest. :(

Hey lads (and girls heh..:P) i need some help on a diet, im looking for a ripped athletic look(like antek), ive got my breakfast sorted but struggling to think of the rest so if you could post some recipes/ideas for the other 5 meals id truly apreciate it man.

So its..

Breakfast - 5 egg whites, scrambled, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of oatmeal. sounds awful but actually dont taste too bad ;p after that i have a glass of pure orange juice.
After workout - 1 scoop dymatize (vanilla flavour) whey with some semi skimmed milk, cheap, effective and tastes lovely :).
Before bed - some nice cottage cheese :D

dont know where the other 5 meals are coming from, so i need your help!

Do a search in the "diet and Nuetrition" secion there is a plathora of information, we actually have a section with recipis you can check out.
