Can anyone recommend an energy shake for a "pick me up" in the morning/breakfast substitue?

Anyone out there use shakes for a substitue for breakfast?

If I'm in a hurry I'll drink one of my dad's MRP shakes.

It's a met-rx shake. I think it contains somewhere around 40-50 grams of protein and 30 - 40 grams of carbs.

Thing that gets me going in the morning is an ECA stack. Right now I'm using Thermacore CRT by Met-RX.

I use when I'm bulking a fruit smoothie concoction.

Frozen berries
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 banana
Some crystal light (tropical)
2 cups of all natty tropical fruit juice
Sometimes I throw in some flax oil as well.
Thats it.
Tastes excellent!!!

ive tried so called 'energy shakes' and drinks and whatever else and they were just high carb crap. the thing that worked best for me was popping a couple ripped fuels.
