and i think it works when there is a zinc deficiency but I'm not sure.

There's a thread on ZMA. Use the Search thingy in the upp right-hand part of the screen. It's got the ingredients and how to roll your own.

Don't waste your money.

Just get some Vit B6, Zinc and Magnesium.

i just went to the supp shop down the road, and the clerk said the same thing about zmb and zma

got 200 pills for about 10 usd

why not use ZMA its not just zinc and magnesium and potassium aspartate? but ur right it is costly! especially here in canada!
do u get the same benefits from taking the zinc, mag, and Vb6?
