I would appreciate any critique of what areas seem to need work, and
I'm well aware the posing and photography isn't that great. And as for
leg shots - nothing to see, my knees have been shot for decades, so I can't
wokr them really.

Thanks.

Pecs and delts seem to be behind, but slightly, everything else. You're doing very well though. What's wrong with your knees exactly?

Thanks - goals - have been evolving as I have progressed. Initially i wanted to simply tone up, lose 10 lbs of fat, but with progress I've decided that I
will try to get bigger. My strength has really increased, and I enjoy that.

I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs, I think I could maybe shoot for a lean 190.
I currently machine bench 3x8 @ 260, curl 3x8 @ 110, no huge numbers, increases are slow, but at 40 yo - it's expected.

I messed them up pretty bad playing hockey (goalie) and repetitive motions
with any kind of weight really inflame the joints. Squats are out of the question,
even walking or bike riding can aggravate them.

Look great for 40, though.

:withstupi

you have decent mass and symmetry from what I can see... drop a couple points more BF and you'll look sharp.
