So I've been reading here all about natty PB and since I love PB I figured I'd give some of the natural stuff a try.

Every brand I saw at the store had about an inch of oil at the top of the jar. What's up with that? Do you guys pour it out before eating? Do you mix it in?

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong brands?

on the jar it will say natural pb wether your preference is crunchy or smooth it's up to you! just mix in the oil and you're ready to go!

Most my jars have a nifty message at the top saying something like "mix oil and refrigerate".

What's the deal with natty PB? Is it loaded with protein or something?

No. I have looked at it and compared it to regular pb. No difference.

It has no Trans Fat, whereas non-natty PB is loaded with it.

Buy natty, do your body a favor.

Not really. I posted an article on another thread that states the opposite.

If it fits into your diet, good. If it doesn't, bad.

what do u mean fit into your diet? i dont see how anyone can eat a jar of peanut butter a day. that's 200 grams of fat, even if they don't eat any fats in their other foods

So? If you get in the protein you need, and you can afford the calories, go for it.
