View Full Version : Is my Timing right?

Ok heres a layout of when I eat what through out the day.

-Wake up-Usually eat an apple w/ 1/2cup of cottage cheese, and green tea

-About 1hour after that- ill have my pre-workout meal:1cup of dry oats/3cups skim milk/1Tbsp of natty PB/1scoop of whey/3-4 HB Egg whites

-Right after workout ill have my postWO shake:1banana/2scoops whey/1/2cups of oats/and water

-About 20-40mins after my shake ill have my postworkout meal:2cups of cooked rice/1cup of cooked black beans/8-12oz of ground turkey

-2-3hours after that meal ill have 6oz can of tuna on a WW wrap

-2 hours after that ill have about 8-10 strawberries/1/2cup of cottage cheese/1oz of almonds

-then about 2 hours after that ill have a little something right before I go to bed usually 1-2Tbsp of natty PB and 1/2 cup of cottge cheese.

Looks good bro, try to have some more protein for breakfast, it will kee you satisfied longer than an apple.

(maybe add a few green veggies...)

It feels good I have veggies in that just didnt add them in hehe. I always have salad or spinach leafs in my tuna wrap. With my ground turkey I always add green/red/yellow bell peppers and onions alot of them to. Im still working on geting that dex for my post w/o shake hehe

yeah your diet looks good, maybe a little more protein. I love all bell peppers i put them on my turkey sandwichs, awesome.

believe it or not theirs 300g+ of protein in that lay out lol.
