Bulking time for me again.. here's what i make everday for breakfast. Please comment on it or if you have any suggestion as to what i can add please do so :)

1 cup milk
1 cup cooked oat meal
1 banana
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp natty PB
1 scoop whey powder
50 ml egg whites

That doesnt sound like it would taste very good in a shake.

If I were you I would make the oatmeal and mix in the honey for flavor, have the eggs on the side, make the whey shake with milk and the banana blended up.

trust me if it tasted gross, I wouldn't have survived the first week.. It was kinda eeky at first cuz you know the egg whites are in there. but you get used to it after a while and it tasted pretty damn good
