Btw, I'm on a bulk and currently eat about 3300 calories on a workout day, but what should I eat on my off day?

I do a lot of cardio work (being big is just one of my fitness goals) so my heavy days are actually hard to meet my caloric equilibrium let alone bulk. So, in short, your rest days are GREAT days for bulking--just eat clean and enjoy!

i love off days, they give me a chance to eat so much more in each meal, due to the fact I need to make up for no pwo.

Also, here's another related question. I'm going to be leaving to Alabama in about a week and a half...and obviously I won't be bringing my gym with me so I can't lift weights there. Should I still eat bulking calories for that week there? Or should I just eat maintenance while I'm there and continue the bulk when I get back?

Bulk. And do some form of activity while you are away.

Alright, I just hope I don't get fat bulking while I'm not lifting.

What you eat today is going to affect your performance for tommorow moreso than the food you consume tommorow. Digestion and absorption are not instantaneous and therefore you should [do what you want] eat for tommorow instead of for today.

Honestly, I probably eat more total calories on my off days in that my eating is far less clean and restricted... also, I reduce my overall supplement intake to just the Animal Pak and maybe a protein shake or two... whereas on training days, I consume a litany of supplements and 4-5 shakes, but the calories I take in are limited by clean food sources.

Hey guys, if I eat at maintenance calories while I'm in Alabama for a week, would I retain my muscle?
