I can push higher numbers than I look like...accually alot higher than what I look like I can and I wanna change that...What do I do? is there a way I can keep my power while getting some looks to me? and what is the difference between a bodybuilders workouts and a powerlifters? I've been using damn near the same workout seince I started its given me great strength gains and decent looks

A powerlifter generally doesn't care as much about what they look like. They lift to get stronger. If they get bigger, look better that's a bonus, but it's not what they're training for. A bodybuilder lifts more for looks and muscle growth with minimal body fat, hence the bulking/cutting cycles. If you are getting stronger without much change in your physique, I would say your only problem is not eating enough. Especially at fifteen years old, you should be eating every piece of food you see just to grow taller. When trying to build muscle on top of growing taller, you should be eating way more than you think is necessary. Paul had a great quote I'll share with you.
"Eat everything. Eat your friends' food, eat your girlfriends' food,
eat unattended food. Frighten people when you eat. Mothers should actively
be keeping their children away, for fear you might eat them." - Paul Stagg

I think you need to eat more proteins. If you aren't eating enough proteins your muscles can't grow.

A lot of it probably has to do with your age though. Once your hormones kick in more ... more testosterone ... you'll gain the looks. I guarantee it.

Strong youngster!

Personally, I'm more about looks. I work out to look great in a tux.

A powerlifter trains the lifts and gauges progress by numbers. A bodybuilder trains the muscles and gauges progress with a mirror. That's the essential difference.

Not seeing your routine, it's tough to give advice on what you might need to do differently. Most people who have the problem you have are just doing way too much volume with lighter weights. Try lowering the number of reps & sets, training heavier, and eliminating the "stretching"/"pumping" exercises for a while and see what that does for your strength levels.

I know a guy who had trained for a couple months and then took some creatine. In a couple weeks he was huge. All the guys at school noticed. I knew it was purely the creatine though as he doesnt eat that much and hasnt been training long.

Morale of the story: Go buy creatine :)

Also I would be curious to see your lifting routine, please

Oh yeah my routine well you could check my journal...for specifics but the general lines are :
Day 1:Chest/Bicep
Day 2:Back/Triceps
Day 3:Legs/shoulders
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Chest/Bicep (heavy)
Day 6:Back/tricep (heavy)
Day 7:Legs/shoulders

And so on and so forth

Of course you can do both. IMHO, it's probably not just a matter of eating a buttload... After seeing your journal (I couldn't find it before), I stick with the advice I gave...

You are really following a weird split. It's tough to follow your journal because you don't always write down the workout, but on 6/9 you did pretty heavy DLs, on 6/10 you did squats, 6/12 - bench, 6/13 - deadlift, 6/15 - squat (w. shoulders!), 6/16 - BP, 6/17 - DL....

I don't know if you are still following that kind of schedule, but you're going to hit a wall on that pretty soon. You really need more rest inbetween your workouts. Doing shoulders on a day separate from your BP is fine, but if you do them the day before your BP, you can expect your BP to suffer.

Pyramiding is fine, but I wouldn't do it ALL THE TIME.

Your only 15! I'm hardly suprised; I wouldn't worry about it, you'll bulk up in the coming few years.

Well, remember that the supplements wont do it for you.... they're no magical substance. They should be though of as a compliment and not a supplement. For your age weight and numbers your doing very well, Id say in the top 10% of kids your age strength wize. You'll get bigger, but genetics play a big role in just how big you'll get... not everyone out there has a 60" chest or 20" biceps in them. Do what you can, eat alot of good clean foods and give it time. If not for the fact I wana get big then I wouldnt care what I look like, and for that matter it is why I eat higher cals when I lift hard to add the mass. But lean mass dosent come on over night.... 15-20lbs a year can be consider a hell of an accomplisment, that is if you have the ability (genetics)

Thank you all for the comments I know supplements are no magical substance but I put in the hard work so I'm gonna get all I can from it with the help of supps. if nessicary. I do consider myself to be very strong, for my age and weight but I just want some more physical apperance gains...I'm stressing this because I love going back to school and people going Damn you got bigger...which is why I am going to start taking creatine and as for me hitting a wall with my weird split I'm gonna use this until I hit that wall :)
