Ok guys, this new job of mine is hell on the diet, so I figure I'll take the time to construct a special diet for work, to ensure I stay healthy.
M1 7:30am - Tuna on toasted wholegrain, 1 teaspoon natty PB
M2 11am- Chicken sushi roll
M3 3pm - Subway 6 inch, healthier variety
M4 7pm - Whatever mama makes for dinner.
How's it looking? I was going to toss in the obligatory whey shake, but would it really be needed since i'm cutting? Maybe I could substitute one meal with the shakey shake?
Thoughts?
