1 cup cottage cheese
1 can tuna, albacore white
2 scoops chocolate whey

Mix ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
Makes 2 slices.
Per slice:
~250 cals, 50g protein Yeah baby!

i hope your kidding because isnt the goal of a body builder to gain weight. If i ate that it would come right back up.
