well heres a question that i find myself dumbfounded when asked:


you have eatn a full course meal.....1 hour later you throw up..DO YOU LOSE ALL NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS OF THAT MEAL AFTER THROWING UP?

any1 got any info on this?

you do not lose all nutritional value for that meal. Digestion begins at your mouth. you may have started absorbing nutrients before, etc. While you won't retain all nurtitional value, you will get some
