I haven't kept up with a journal in a couple of months now, at least since school let out. I've been having motivation/health problems the last couple of weeks and decided it was time to start anew. My current stats are as follows.

age: 18
height: 5'11
weight: 176 lbs.

When I quit my regular workout routine a couple of months back my big 3 maxes were as follows.

bench: 225
squat: 305
deadlift: 308 x 6

Today I went back to the gym since I last felt sick. I did legs/shoulders.

squats
135 x 10 x 1
205 x 10 x 1
245 x 8 x 1
295 x 4 x 1 - i really wanted to get 6 here but was uneasy about attempting it w/o a spot

bb lunges
135 x 8 x 3 (ea.)

leg press
5 pps x 12 x 1
6 pps x 10 x 1

db military press
50's x 12 x 1
55's x 7 x 1
60's x 4 x 1

front & side seated db raise
20's x 8 x 3 (ea.)

smith bb shrugs
225 x 10 x 2

i guess i haven't lost too much strength since i quit going regularly. a so-so workout today.

i had an early date this evening so i had to get a quick chest workout in today. i wanted to hit the lower back as well, but like i said, i was pressed for time.

flat db press

incline db press

db flys

yup, that's it for today; short, sweet, and a horrible workout for me :( i think maybe because i haven't done chest in so long.

did shoulders/back today. i would have done legs and shoulders, but i'm going to six flags tomorrow and didn't want to be stumbling around the place.
