here are some of my pictures. i've been lifting a few months. what should i work on? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

It looks like your chest and shoulders are coming along pretty good. what do your biceps look like? If you do decline bench it will give you some cut underneath your chest (i could be wrong, but i think that's right). Also work on your abs. I think most everyone's biggest problem is abs, I know it is for me.

Yeah, I agree, your chest and shoulders are going good, but it looks like your abs, back and arms need more. Keep at it!

If you do decline bench it will give you some cut underneath your chest (i could be wrong, but i think that's right).

Since you guys haven't posted much yet I'll let it slide but you should try looking this one up in our forums... it's been debated and decided that decline will not emphasize the lower portion of the chest more than incline or flat bench will.

Try posting up your regular routines and maybe your eating habits and people on this forum will be glad to give you advice. If you had been eating correctly and lifting correctly then I would think you'd be a bit more ripped after a few months...

i think you should improve everything, you don't look like you have been busting the gym for some months. by the way, were you fat, skinny, average or what before joinin the gym?

Concentrate on lifting heavy and eating heavy; you've got a good base.
