I would get onto a good routine, such as WBB1 do it for 6-8 weeks and then tweak it.

do what feels right for you, i've never followed a routine but i do hear good things about the wbb routines so im not opting against it.

yeah, it is a good routinie if you want to workout more days just split chest and back into two days, and do ab's and shoulders seperate from arms.

The stack leg presses are a joke just go nuts on squat
Needless to say this is becoming an addiction.
Get used to that feeling.
Anyone that's healthy and any size can squat. Start out light, as you would anything. I expect a thank you soon as you'll never go back once you get the hang of it.
