Alright so i weight around 205 and i am 6 feet tall. I am trying to get bigger to around 225. I wake up generally at about 8am and take two scoops of nitrean with milk and a multi grain bagel that has 55g of carbs and 12 g of protein. And with that also i take a at large nutrtion multi vitamin and a GNC fish oil cap of 1000 mg. I wait about 3 hrs or so and i eat a can of tuna with a breyers yogurt that has 47 g of carbs and about 7 g or protein. Then i wait till around 2pm or so and have no idea wat i should eat but i think i will eat beef jerky then with an oatmeal bar or somethin that has around the same # of carbs and protein as above. Right after this i take about 5g or glutamine and mix it with water and head to the gym to lift. I lift and right after lifting i eat a potato and take another Nitrean protein shake with a banana. Here i take another at large multi-vitamin with the same fish cap. After this i wait about 2 hrs or so and eat some chicken theighs with Rice a roni. After that right before i am about to sleep i take some cottage cheese and mix it with apple sauce and take that down again with a multivitamin and a fish oil cap. Now i want as much critiquing as possible. Do i need to add more vegetables to my diet. Do i need to change more than this because i want the best and most optimum diet possible to bulk and get bigger but again not fat. thank again guys , u are always helpful and informative

i was also thinking about starting creatine. I was either going to purchase the atlarge nutritions creatine or thinking about some cee which isnt that much more expensive, especially this one.

You can look at my diet if you like - and I agree with everybody else - more veggies, more fats. I consume a higher-fat diet than most, and it works better for me than lower fat. I've read guidelines that suggest a minimum of 0.5g fat per lb lbm for proper endocrine function (test), in particular monounsaturated and saturated fat (ie olive oil for monos, coconut oil and animal fat for saturates - pleas, no trans fats...)

For me, this works out to about 60-65g fat daily. In practice, I generally exceed this for comfort and satiety.

I agree with every1 else also id take some creatine ive taken it before and plan on possibly using it while im cutting soon. people do get good results with it

and what is this about taking creatine with a protein after workout . because if u dont and u take it wit fruit juice or somethin it converts creatine to creatinine which doesnt stay in ur body and jus comes rite out.

Don't take creatine with juice - it isn't high enough GI

Take it with whey and dextrose

And I don't know where you read that juice makes it come out of your body.

i read somewhere that creatine gets converted into creatinine from citric acid which is in alot of juices
