View Full Version : Cutting for weightloss?

I need to diet, this is a no brainer. But at my stage, where I need to lose about 80 lbs of fat, would I be more suited to cutting or stick to a cardio/weight training mix? I would hate to lose the cardio as it makes me feel good. But I'm in favor of whatever will get the best results quickest.

Cardio/weight train/cutting diet, do them TOGETHER and you will see results.
