bro chest is a HUGE problem. Good job on the weight loss but keep going, even when ur off season u should look "OK" at the pool. You need at least 20 more pounds to go, u have interesting body type as u have almost no love handles. Anyway, great job once again but dont let all the compliments from ur relatives and friends stop u from getting a better body then them. Good luck my man and keep striving for perfection.

I don't think your chest is a "huge problem" but as per your question on the PM, I think you might benefit from nolvadex at say 40mgs a day for a couple months. i have a similar body type to you and I used to be much heavier so I know what you're dealing with. In my experience the nolva has not made a significant impact which leeds me to belive that the remaining "tissue" around my nipples is more fat than anything else. I would suggest getting down to 10% or less and then evaluating again to see where you're at.

I had this conversation with Galileo and he told me Nolva can lead to a rebound :( I too have the chest problem.
