Hi just starting out again after a few years of watching myself fade away.Im naturaly a skinny bloke 5 feet 11 inches tall and after alot of force feeding and using my home gym for three hours a day totaly overtraining managed to go from 134lb to 196lb in 2 years mind a good percentage of that was fat.But in the last two years havent trained and went back to 147lb.I found this site and have read all about nutrition and how important it is i have worked out a diet of around 4000 cal and done the percentages of 40 carbs 30 protien 30 fat and started the wanna b big routine and in 10 days have gained ten pounds but my waist has got smaller im sure of it.6 meals a day and i can t believe it come meal times i don t need to force feed im hungry as for supplements ive done the loading of the creatine and now maintainance have whey once a day. my goal is to be 200 pounds but not fat this time.Is this normal to gain 10lb in 10 days thanks again wow no more training for hours i think i like the wbb routine.

You can say that again hahaha.

Good luck to ya man, just make sure you aren't gaining too fast or most of it will most likely be fat - like last time.

No kidding--I'm trying to drop a weight class right now and the water retention has been just astounding.

That will depend a lot on how spot on your diet is and your genetics, really. For the most part, you bulk, you gain fat. You just gotta hope that you gain more muscle than you do fat.
