I used up my dextrose recently and don't intend to buy anymore and wanna try eating rice along with Whey as a post workout meal and see how it goes. However, I am confuse about what kind of rice should be consume for post workout, is it brown or white? Does it even matter?

white is higher GI - i'm presuming you are concerned with getting a blood sugar spike...so white rice would be your best bet.

white - though there is not a big difference between white and brown as both have a high GI. brown does have a bit more fibre and nutrients in it as well.

post workout rice?
your gonna eat rice in the damn gym locker room?
you gonna bring your wok and gas stove and cook some up there or what?

Reiner nothing wrong with that at all.

I consume my oatmeal in the changing rooms after my workout. Stop worrying what other people think of you and live your life the way you want

i wasn`t talking about what it looks like, it just seems a hassle to eat rice there.

White rice instead of brown because browni s higher in fiber which will slow down the absorption time
