I went to fitday, but there are just so many listings. Can someone here tell me the average amount of calories per oz of ordinary old porterhouse steak, cooked in no oil, in frying pan, with most of the fat trimmed off?? I cant find a basic simple answer!!!
Also the average amount of calories per oz of ordinary chicken breast, cooked the same way.

I have found what I need for kangaroo and tuna and pasta, but not the two above.
Thanks in advance for all the help!!!

calorieking+fitday is a good way to get your cals most accurate or just read it off the labels of the package which is even better.
