Your height?
Your weight?

Your macronutrient breakdown for your diet?

First glance I'd say eat more protein for breakfast, ditch the OJ entirely, and eat more veggies and maybe more fruit (not juice, FRUIT).

so if i eat more protien at meal 1 does that mean more carbs and more fat to balance it out because i think the calories are about 4000 now protien is at 280grams carbs 450 and fat 120 cheers

Why do you feel you need to "balance out" your protein?

What's your bodyfat % at roughly? If it's low I'd suggest you increase your carb intake and lower your fat and protein intake. By doing this you will increase your appetite and decrease satiety levels which fat/protein aid in.

Indeed. It's exactly the opposite problem I have for cutting - I keep my carbs down and my fat and protein up to INCREASE satiety.

I find it remarkable that so many people are told to eat lowfat diets to LOSE weight. No WONDER so many people are fat.

You'd think people would know this, but nowadays the problem is information overload not a lack of info.

Yes, and they often combine the various rules in bizarre ways.

Ok so more fruit not juice more veggies and more protien for meal 1.I could have whey for meal 1 would that be ok and as for body fat just bought a digital monitor .It reckons 21% but surely that can,t be im SKINNY .
If i make these changes would you say its a decent diet .
and is it ok to have a cheat day?

that would be a good start! you can add some egg whites!

nothing wrong with having a cheat day once and awhile
