What's the difference and which one is more beneficial?

To prevent my body from going catabolic at night. I tried to drink some casein protein but can't sleep. When I don't drink my casein I can sleep good but worried that I'm getting robbed of my hard earned muscles. I read somewhere that protein at night can affect the dopamine in your brain and can keep you awake.

Now I'd like try some BCAA or Amino at night but not sure which one is good:

The Higher Power Amino seems to have low dosages, or maybe just a typo?

Thanks!!!

hmmm...

Amino acids are the 'building blocks of protein'. when you buy then you tend to get tabs with a bit of all 18.

BCAA are only three of these aminos, leucine, iso-lucine and valine or some ***** like that. I can;t rememeber.

if all you want is a protein source before bed then eat tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, hell go to the thread by latty asking what to eat before bed.
