ok, here are some pics i took just tonight (july 18)

please tell me what i should improve on, im not a bodybuilder yet i do like to look lean and muscular, i kno i need to improve on my lats, but what else? thanks.

Not that I am one to talk I've recently had my whole damn world crashing down on me...but I would say you need to get thicker eat some more

hehe, guys, to be quite honest, i eat like a HORSE. i clear out our full cabinets of food in a few days... i am gonna buy some nitrean because its better than my sams club whey... (right?)... but what foods shood i eat a lot of?

First, that's not a double bi in your first pic. I see only one arm. Second, that is not a Most Muscular pose in your third pic. MM is like this: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/ryan1171/WBB%204-3-05/FullMostMuscular3.jpg
I'd say that yes, your lats need some work. Also, triceps from what I can tell. You've got nice bi's, but remember that triceps make up 2/3 of your arms size.

i thought double bicep ment the delts/shoulder looked like a bicep and ur bicep to make 2, i must have read wrong in the "modern encyclopedia of bodybuilding, renewed and rewritten" but that alright im not really worried about poses anyways, i jsut want to see what i need work on. tthanks for the tricep advice, any good exersizes u know other than tricep pulldowns?

T-Bar Rows and Wide grip chins will help build lats. Include one in every backworkout.

gain weight to get it bigger. Lose fat to make it more defined.
