go see a reg. doctor too and they can refer you to an Eating Disorder Specialist, cause that is what you have. Been there done that with e.d.'s and they are nothing to **** around with. Get yourself help now and inform your family or someone close to you so they can help you stay on track.

Hon, what you're doing is NOT okay. I'm no expert in EDs, but this certainly sets off some alarm bells for me.

Please go see a doctor about this, before it gets to be a real problem.

I personally don't care if you can control it. I think it's a problem. Lots of people say they can control it, but the problem gets worse and it becomes habitual.

If you eat too much at one meal, it won't kill you. You need to look at the bigger picture. You won't be putting on a significant amount of fat in like a half hour to an hour of eating, but prolong that eating to a few days, and you get weight gain.

If you want to avoid going to a doctor or shrink then you have to force yourself to change immediately. No exceptions. Either go to a doctor or find a way to convince yourself to never induce vomiting or feel guilty about what you put into your body. Ever. If you fall off the wagon again, deal with it and don't throw up. Tell yourself that it won't effect the big picture because it actually won't. You can always change.
