Ok, well i injured my shoulder about 3-4 months ago, doctor said i have inflamation in my growth plate, or whatever, and my football trainer said i have tendonitis in my rotater, anyways its very painful, and its startin to heal a LITTLE i believe, but i was wondering, what was the best way to help it heal, and also, my max has dropped some 60 lbs, what do you guys suggest on gettin it back up there quick!. Thanks

REST it out ! i wouldn't attempt to lift for now! probably get worse

well i tried liftin today, it seemed to be a LITTLE better, but how long will it take to heal? And what do u suggest when it heals, what u suggest to get my strength back? Take anything? What, imma be takin creatine, what else? Or any techniques? anything?

even if it's seems a little better i wouldn't attempt to lift for now you'll aggrevate it!trust me i've gone through all this!

IMHO i would really rest it out until your 100%

take it slow strength will come back!

maybe some glucosamine-msm-fish oil caps!

i'm not a doctor but i've gone through a few injuries so it's just my advise too you!

msm-mineral sulphur

aids- joints,muscles etc....

they do help but honestly consult with your doctor first!
