what you need:
3/4th cup almonds,
1/4 cup cashews,
1/4 cup pumkin seeds,
1/2 cup golden flax seeds or just regular flax seeds
2 cups multi grain oatmeal
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup honey
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsps vanilla extract
1 cup splenda

what to do: preheat oven to 300 degrees.
put all the nuts in a food processor and crush so that they are cut in half. put these half sized nuts in a bowl with the protein powder, oatmeal, and golden flax seeds. in a pan on the stove mix the splenda with 1/2 cup water and boil it for a little bit so that it reduces. once the water is almost all gone add the honey and vanilla extract. after a few seconds turn off the heat and pour onto the dry ingredients in the bowl. mix everything together.

spray a baking pan with some non stick cooking spray and lightly coat it with some oat bran or wheat bran (this will prevent sticking). spread the granola mixture out on this pan and put in the oven. bake for 30-45 minutes or until it just starts turning brown. stir the mixture every 5-10 minutes though so that one side does not unevenly cooked. enjoy.
