yeah but i really need to improve my abs and pecks im working on it thoI'd say lats, too.
Not bad overall, though. I'm sure you'll have no probs picking up them high school chicks!

yeah ill start doing more lat pulls and such also............. what are some other good lat exercises?

chins-lat pulldowns-BO BB ROWS-db rows etc..

by chins do u mean where u put a hand on each parraelell bar lift your self off the ground go down till yur chin touches the bar and push yurself back up?

Don't worry about abs and pecks right now, lift all your muscle groups hard and eat everything in sight. Once you've gained 30-40 pounds then you should start thinking about which parts you want to focus on.

yes but im working on abs and pecks in my spare time i nthe weight room i spend almost all of my time on lower body.......... and i do most of my upper body stuff at home o nmy weight machine
