dude, you're 15. you are enjoying some of the highest natural test levels you're ever likely to enjoy

bulk. if you're worried about being a bit soft, make it a slow, clean bulk... as you add muscle mass you'll find the fat tends to go away, assuming you're eating clean and training hard

Look big for 15, man. I agree with the others. Bulk NOW. Then cut once you get just over the size you want. You'll be HYUGE by the time you're 18.

Cutting at your point would only make your bones more pronounced. Gotta put some meat on them... so like everyone else said, bulk.

Eat enough so you don't lose any weight and get on a solid, moderate volume routine. Keep a journal and make sure you are trying to add more weight or reps every session. Read the forums a bit more to learn about the specifics of what I just mentioned. I agree with Gabrielle, there is more to training then just "bulking" and "cutting."

You're a bit late. The kid is probably 17 now.

I was wondering, why is it always advisable to bulk for kids? Is it becuase we are still growing?

For example, what if a kids goals arent to be huge, just lean. Why should they bulk?
