Hey ya'll. This is my first post on this site and i just thought i'd share my new dead lift PR,which is still weak. 3 days ago i pulled 235. This being one of the few times i've used deadlifts in a workout [I alternate excercises] im not to disappointed. My new goal is 300 lbs. I hope to be there before very long.

ok, adjusting for that variable, id say he should post anywhere in the next 3 to 6 hours :D


im thinking that ill start a third journal because im changing routines again... plus my old one sucked.
