Hello,

New member, please be gentle.

Ok so I am allergic to both meat & fish products (but can eat all dairy products.)

I am looking to put on some serious weight this summer - it will be moulded to muscle somewhere along the way, honest! - and was hoping somebody could give me some diet tips.

I need a good breakfast, lunch, and evening meal plan. Also any protein supplement recommendations.
Don't worry about the suggested foods tasting good, I normally eat bland foods!

Thanks,

Chris

Hi,

Yes I eat eggs, although I prefer boiled eggs (one of the few people who actually enjoys the yolk more than the white.)

Your diet is not that dissimilar to mine, only you could replace your oils with nuts (all varieties) that I consume instead. Do you feel that you get that much protein from the diet? I always saw more gains when I was on protein shakes (obviously) and hardly any gains when just normally working out on a high calorie (carbs & protein based) vegetarian diet.

i get my protein from both shakes and food!

i balance it all out carbs -protein-fats

i love my oils i add them in my shake!

i'm not such a big fan of nuts except for almonds!

my diet is clean but i do splurge and i'm honest about it! i really can afford to! i have a jet metabolism so i burn real fast!
