I can think of many better foods than pizza. Too much grease and carbs for my taste.

No it's pants. Have a large steak and lots of rice and veg and some olive oil instead. Have a pizza every now and then as a treat but don't include it in your diet or you'll just get fat.

A quick trip to the grocery store would be cheaper and easier to measure. Is there a reason why you have to get takeout?

Including Pizza in your diet will definitly result in an increase in Body fat compisition. Last summer i lived off pizza... i used the excuse that it was okay to eat it because i was bulking... Thats bull all it ever did to me was make me fat and tired lol. So i wouldnt suggest eating it too often... once in a while is fine.
If you ever want to eat pizza i wouldnt def suggest going to the grocery store and make a homemade one.. its less expensive and healthier if desired.
