Going to start a journal in hopes it stops me slacking off :S

Todays Workout:
2x20 cable front pulldown - 20lbs
2x20 cable rear pulldown - 20lbs
2x20 dumbbel lateral raise - 10 lbs
2x20 lever leg extension - 40lbs
2x20 lever leg curl - 40lbs
2x20 cable seated crunch - 60lbs
