View Full Version : Anybody Else Eat Whole Chickens?

Twice last week I went to the grocery store, picked up a rotisserie chicken and ate the whole thing at once (And I'm cutting right now ;)) Anybody else do this? It's a great feeling. I went to fitday and apparently there's something like 1440 cals and 150gs of protein in a whole chicken. Not bad

I had a girl over on Friday night and I hadn't cleaned up my kitchen after, and she comes in and sees the remains of the chicken on the counter and says "It looks like it was attacked by an animal", haha, it felt good to hear that

You're not eating a whole chicken unless you're consuming beak.

Beak is high in protein.

I've done it before but not recently. 95% of the time I eat chicken breast.

Ok, don't tell anyone ;-), but I did this last week when I forgot my lunch. I drove to the grocery store at lunch time, and bought a rotisserie chicken and ate the whole thing in my car. (well almost, I ditched some of the greasier skin) I can totally relate to the feral delight that you are talking about. I walked back to the office with a little grin.

Here I was thinking I was this manly man, and a woman is telling me she has done the same thing. I'm going to leave this thread with my penis tucked in between my legs, haha

I bet this is not the first time Built has made a guy feel bad becuase of her eating or weightlifting exploits

You can still be a manly man. I didn't mean to emasculate you with my chicken-eating prowess.

If it helps, I set the chicken on a doily first. <flutters eyelashes>

And I always go to the gym to lift my little, tiny, girly-weights with my pink water bottle and my pink towel.

'Cause nothing owns a squat rack like a pink towel draped over the Oly bar.

Haven't ever done that, but I did eat a whole leg of lamb. Cooked it, let it sit in the fridge to solid up, then just grabbed it and ate. No knife, no fork, just a big chunk of lamb. I felt primal eating it. It was great. Nice medium bloody piece of red meat. Mmmmm, red meat.

I used to eat whole chickens until I tired of the taste, now I just do 2 - 1lb hamburgers when I feel the need for a snack.

Chicken doesn't fill me up much either it the sides I have with it that really fills me up. Like brown rice or WW pasta or potatos w/e it may be.

In the "Arnold" book, he talks about going out with his weight lifting buddies after a good workout and eating a whole chicken and drinking lots of beer.

I don't recommend buying it. It only took me a day to read. It was very interesting and I'm glad I read it but I wish I had picked it up from the library instead of spending 10 bucks on it.
