If you ate the bowl, no worries, there aren't any calories in ceramics. ;)

However, here's a decent list of Sonte Cold creamery stuff.

GF- FitDay doesn't have Cold Stone ice cream and I know that Cold Stone ice cream is probably different than regular ice cream. And I know this would make the calories be off. Btw, it was so good.

Nuts- I actually looked there but they don't have the flavor that I got. Should I just use a different one instead? Btw, the flavor I got was some Tangerine ice cream with Strawberries and Marshmallows. Forgot the real name.

It won't vary much, just put whatever. If you're off by 10.5 calories, it won't kill ya. :p

Their website list all the info. My friend once tried to convince me a icecream there is probably only 200-300 calories. Turned out to be 1200 or so.

Thanks, but I realize now that the reason my flavor wasn't listed was because it was a *Special* flavor that they only had during July. ;)

I still count cals on a bulk dont wanna gain crazy amount of fat. Thats just not very necessary.

I've been trying to avoid junk food while bulking so cutting is easier. It's hard though.

They are currently running 5-6 special flavors. I had the oatmeal cookie flavor and it rocked.

Tried the ginger wasabi. Interesting to say the least. Wasabi and icecream just aren't a good combo.

what im wondering is why you only ate half of it

Yeah whenever I eat ice cream I eat it all. If its a sundae or the whole carton of ice cream it will all go.

I'm on a diet so that sounds SOOOO good. If I was not dieting I don't think I'd touch that flavor. Yet another of lifes bi*ch slaps ;)
