hey guys i was wondering what you guys thought was better:
day 1 chest and back
day 3 legs and shoulders
day 5 arms


or
day 1 chest and tri
day 3 legs and shoulders
day 5 back and bi

the first one is almost like getting two arm workouts cuz you hit a lot of tri with chest, or is it better to hit it all together with chest and tri

give legs their own day!

just give you a little idea how i do it

day1 -chest -bi abs
day2-legs
day3 cardio
day4 back
day5 shoulders-tri's abs

if you ask to chose one of the two, i would have to say the second one. but to follow that concept i prefer

A: chest/bi
B: legs/shoulders
C: back/tri

But if aything that needs hitting twice a week is leg and not arms.

day 3 - shoulders, abs
day 4 - back,tri
day 5 rest
day 6 - legs
day 7 - rest
