Had a quick question. Say you're lifting weights regularly and pushing yourself and getting stronger, but not getting an overload of cals as you would normally when bulking. Will you still fill out, at least somewhat? Or does it not even show if you're not eating an abnormally large amount of cals?

Well you cant get muscles out of thin air so you would see minimal results.

I think it depends. People new at weight lifting see great results just by eating when they feel hungry. Other, more experienced lifters, have to eat more than maintenance. Otherwise you'll just be burning fat at a very slow rate (and probably not making any muscle).
