I just made this today...tastes great!!
Brown Rice 2 cups
Sesame oil 3 table spoons
Boiled broccoli 1 cup chopped
Lean beef steak 400 grams (About 7 ounces)
Grill the steak and slice it up into nice bit size pieces. Steam the rice. Boil and drain the broccoli. Mix it all together in a a bowl HOT and add the sesame oil. Add salt and pepper as needed...simple...but good!!
