I just made this today...tastes great!!

Brown Rice 2 cups

Sesame oil 3 table spoons

Boiled broccoli 1 cup chopped

Lean beef steak 400 grams (About 7 ounces)

Grill the steak and slice it up into nice bit size pieces. Steam the rice. Boil and drain the broccoli. Mix it all together in a a bowl HOT and add the sesame oil. Add salt and pepper as needed...simple...but good!!

The oil acts as a sauce, and from what I understand it's good oil. If you're looking for a high fat, and cals to keep you going it's good. I find it hard to eat enough cals so it's also a breakfast sometimes.

2 cups of uncooked or cooked brown rice?
makes a big difference :)

1200cal sounds great though!

97 g of carb? That would be two cups of cooked rice.
