What is it for a bulk? Whole, 2%, skim? Also, I really do not like milk that much so would adding some hershey's syrup to it have any negative affects?

Why not just add some whey protein powder? I drink a cup of skim every morning with a scoop of whey, a banana and a powder vitamin mix. It's much like a fruit smoothie.

Hmmm..never thought of that. I guess I could add a small scoop of chocolate whey.

Either 2%, 1% or skim. Usually where I get my grocereys they have one of them on sale and whichever it is ill get that one.

2% because I have trouble getting enough fat. I prefer the taste of 1% though.

I prefer whole milk--it's so much tastier. But these days I use no-fat milk for my shake.
