View Full Version : I finally started WBB...is my diet in check

After a few months of talking about it, I finally started WBB1. I think I have a pretty decent diet in place for my initial bulk. I just wanted some feedback from you guys:

6:00AM - Opticen MRP Shake

6:30-7:30ishAM - Gym

8:00AM - 2 scoops Nitrean for PWO

9:30AM - 4 eggs overeasy, 2 sausage patties, plain bagel w/butter

11:30AM - MRP shake

1:30PM - Few choices for lunch (going to need to have some variety)

o Fresh cut turkey w/mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravyu
o Steak tips w/mashed potates
o Chicken Marsala/Parm/Stuffed Chicken

4:00PM - MRP shake

7:00PM - Dinner. Probably chicken with rice or pasta

9:00PM - MRP shake and a few tablespoons of natty PB

Thoughts on this? I don;t mind adding a little extra fat during this bulk.

BTW, this is my regular weekday schedule. On the days I do not hit the gym I will remove the PWO shake

On the weekends, would it be OK to combine a few meals? Maybe into 4 instead of 7? (drink a shake w/a regular meal if possible) I will be sleeping later during those days and will not be able to spread my meals out as much

Where are the vegetables? Seriously, add a truckload of green veggies and you're looking real good.
