How's it going yall,

Quick question , im putting the final touches on my diet.I trying to add all my calories up. I am on bulking status right now.

For breakfast I have 1 cup of oatmeal and two scoops of ON whey protien with milk. Since Im putting two scoops of whey does that mean that I should multiply the nutritional values by 2? So the 11O calories now becomes 220 and the 23g of protien now becomes 46g! Been wondering this for some time now. Someone please clarify this for me.

.........Of course lol. If 1 scoop = x amount then 2 scoops would obviously be double.

yung lifter is correct.

just make sure you know what your serving sizes are. maybe 2 scoops is actually the serving size which equals 23g of protein?

Look on the label.

Yeah, two scoops is 46 grams.

I thought that if you were to take 2 servings of something, you would have to take the derivative of the values, then the square root to get the values. Who knew you would just have to multiply it by 2?

I did too.

ON 100% whey now has 24 grams per serving. The packaging now says something about "gold standard" too.

I apologize. I tend to use sarcasm to promote the use of common sense. It's a nice thing to have.

Don't forget to add the milk's protein.

But remember: The only stupid question is the one unasked. (but, then again, see my sig for the corollary)
