I've lost some strength but not too much, and am happy with results for the most part so far. Will continue to cut due to being blessed with love handles that will require at least a few more months to get rid of.........hopefully.

yeah, my chest does look lacking

i dunno, i blast it pretty hard. maybe i'll add some non-compound exercises in on chest day.
