Okay. It's been exactly 4 months to the day since I last posted pics up in this here board. I was around 180 in the last set I posted, and am now around 193. I'll include my beginning pics from back in December 04 when I was around 150lbs for comparison. Alas, I don't have any program that will let me put them side by side like Crippler, but if you have something that will let you do it, please post some side by side comparos pics in this thread. I'd love to have some.

Without further ado...

Wow, good work putting on a LOT of mass.

Just curious, are you going to cut soon? Everyone has different goals but you look like you're ready to me.

Nice, kinda looks like me a month ago. You have a nice dining table by the way.

Heh. Thanks, everyone.

jollyrancher: Well, I think I'm going to maintain at my current weight for the foreseeable future. I would like to stay in the 198 class in powerlifting so I won't be going above that. Hopefully maintaining and continuing to build strength and watching my diet will allow me to lean out in good time. I'd like to get under 10% BF if possible.

pasha: Thanks. It was free (a wedding present).

Okay I fixed it now.

I know I have two posts of the same thing. Don't know how that happened.

getfit: Thanks, girl! Too bad Lynn won't let me post pics of her. She's looking good, too.

DieselDan, Soba: Thanks. You guys rock.

Crippy: 16", baby. Awwwwww yeah. BTW, it helps having a slightly shorter stature. he he he

You look a LOT thicker, but for the life of me I can't believe it's a 45lb difference, especially since you were skinny but muscular in the first pics. It looks like you've gained a good deal in your arms and legs. Where would you say you put the most weight on?

But, damn, you short people have all the luck with proportionate physiques! :D

Woah! you're looking big now! what have you been eating?... heh.

Awesome work... its an serious inspiration to those of us who still have to misfortune of being skinny. Great job! keep it up!

To gain 40 lbs he probably ate some of everything. The change is great. I'd hate to see what I looked like last fall at 151. You looked skinny at 5'8", I had to look anorexic at 6'2"

Looking awesome man, keep up the good workDarren, thanks for the comparisons, man! You rock!!! Wow, I can really tell the difference when I can see them side by side. I wish I had taken my legs from a better angle, because even though you can't really tell it from the pics, they have gotten MUCH bigger. Thigh was 23" when I started and now they are 27". I would say that my mass gains have been pretty proportionate. While the biceps are most obvious (must have good arm genetics), I think my back, ass, and legs have definitely come along.

Unfortunately, I can see that I've lost a decent amount of my cuts that I had before. I think I may try cutting a little bit, like maybe back down to 185, and see how I look then. I won't go too low because I want to stay in the 198 weight class.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys and gals. :)

You looked skinny at 5'8", I had to look anorexic at 6'2"That's true. I've been eating lots of everything. My staples, however, have been lots of 1 or 2% milk, yogurt, cheese, oats, protein shakes (100% ON Whey in milk), fruit smoothies, peanuts, clif bars (for at work), and lean meats like beef, chicken, turkey, and pork. I've basically been going 500-750 cals over maintenance for the past 9 months.

I did look skinny at 150, but yes I had some muscle. I worked out a lot even before bulking and lifting seriously but remained between 140 and 150 for about 9 years. I thought I couldn't gain weight. Turns out I could, I was just ignorant before.
