those are great results in a year. I just weigh myself today and i've basically gained 40 pounds as well, but in 2 years of trainning. Props on a job well done, in a short time.

Nice progress, well done. :) Not to hijack the thread but what did your diet look like? Was it steady gains or get harder the more you gained?

the diet has been pretty steady anywhere from 3-4000. the gains have started to slow down, ive been getting harder as i dropped the fat i gained in the beginning. im back down to 11-12%.my diet could be a problem coming up as i go away to school so ill be doing my best to keep away from junk food. im trying to take it to the next level.
