Glucosamine Chondroitin

Has anyone else had good results with Glucosamine Chondroitin in relieving joint pain (knee pain)?

I think it's amazing, if you look in the supplement forum there was a pretty long thread about it a few weeks ago.

may or may not have helped me w/some ankle problems.. they hurt in the joint(s) whenever i ran so i started taking it, after a few months the pain subsided and so did my supply of gc. didnt buy any more and the pain didnt come back.
