I've just recently started lifting weights about a month or so again. About two weeks ago I started getting these pains in my left arm, around my elbow, but on the top. I kept lifting, kind of thinking that it would go away, I even stopped for a week, but the pain persisted. I dont think that I broke anything, but maybe strained something? What should I do to get my arm better?
