Im 21, 5'11 208lbs im active when not lazy. I have a big problem that is tearing me up from the inside, my work schedule is really messed up, I work night shifts as a cook usually from 4pm until 10pm. Every single night after work I get home and cannot help but to pig out on raiding the fridge, I am starting to loose my mind becuase all day I go hit up the gym then work then chill and BAM end of night I mow anything and lots of it. I can usually put on 1-2 kilo of food, is there anyway I can break this habit. How do I do it?Thanks

Work out right after you get off work.

Just a side note, that is not a messed up work schedule. I've seen/experienced much worse.

Willpower? Sorry I don't know what else to tell you. Just keep telling yourself that if you want to see the best results from your training, you need to watch your diet.

I was 110kg on December 18th now after my new year resolution I am 93kilo or 208lbs. I have the will power but all the time I come home after work I get a feinding to mow on food, plus the only 24hour gym is across town. any other way? like maybe going on a no food fast for 24hours?

I like taking an EC stack before about 7 to stave off cravings at night. I can sleep through any amount of stimulants though, so be warned.

If you keep eating crap, then you don't have as much will power as you thought. If the only 24 hour gym is across town, go. Getting in better shape isn't complicated, but you have to get up and do it. There is no secret magic formula.

Work schedule isn't all that bad. I have a friend who works 7pm to 7am. You work for 6 hours and end at 10pm. Can still get a normal night's sleep and a full day. You just need to exercise willpower.

do you eat while working? like every 3 hours? is there anything else you can do to relieve your frustration and boredom after work, like a short jog? if you need to munch and chew something, how about some carrot sticks.. cucumber sticks..?
