Andro Rage?

I've got a good friend who is an avid bodybuilder. He doesn't have a Pro physique but he's got a great build. He's recently trying Ultimate Nutrition's Andro IV (4) Stack which has 4-androstenediol and 19 nor 4 androstenediol. He told me that on the days he takes this stuff he's kinda in a bad mood and on days he DOESN'T take it he's fine. Anybody got any ideas on this? Could it be a synthetic form of roid rage or is it unrelated?:help:

I think it's all in his head. I dont know of any OTC supps that have that much effect on hormone levels. Maybe I'm mistaken?

I remember when I was in my naive take-every-supplement phase and I tried a few of the original prohormones out there-- specifically, that andro mixture from EAS. Bear in mind I was 18 at the time, but when I took the stuff, I was moody, irritable, and horny (more than usual). It may have been in my head, but it went away when I quit taking the junk.

4-AD is the only decent prohormone out their, now while it has a CNS stimulating ability Roid Rage is a basically a myth, so it's more psychological if he's having a bad day to begin with many guys just blame it on supplements.

I remember when a rumor got out about 6-12 months ago that a new supplement company was putting real anadrol in their steroid-look-alike prohormone. Well apparently the teens ate it up like extacy at a rave. You should have seen the thread between a bunch of 16-18 year olds claiming that the rumors were true and that they were "raging like crazy" starting fights in school and getting killer pumps in the gym, all from a really poor prohormone that I don't even know if still exsists. The entertainment value alone was worth the price of admission.

Obviously a thread of this high a caliber appeared on a certain other board that shall remain nameless.

EAS's andro-6 will drive your estrogen way up so thats probably why you were moody and irritable.
